Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue, centrally located near Lucerne station, stands out with its unique interior and invites guests to relax comfortably. The on-site team also handles incoming take-away and delivery orders. Negishi spans two floors and a boulevard area, offering over 80 seats in total.
To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated
Dishwasher (a) 30% (evening shifts only)
Your varied tasks:
Cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes 🧽
Supporting food preparation tasks in the kitchen 🍳
Adhering to all hygiene guidelines and quality standards ✅
Maintaining order in storage and kitchen areas 🗄️
Assisting with the mise en place for lunch and dinner service 🍴
Your talents & experience:
Several years of experience in the kitchen 👨 🍳
Good spoken German skills 🗣️
You work cleanly and precisely ✨
