Your Tasks
- Introduction and further development of outpatient tariff models such as TARDOC and outpatient flat rates
- Support for clinics and specialist departments with questions regarding correct tariff application and central contact person for outpatient hospital tariffs
- Translation of tariff requirements into clear professional and technical specifications for our billing and IT systems
- Participation in projects
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system, ideally in tariff application, service recording or billing
- Sound knowledge of outpatient hospital or practice tariffs (especially with the new outpatient tariff system consisting of outpatient flat rates / TARDOC)
- Good IT affinity
- Enjoyment in preparing complex tariff requirements in an understandable way and transferring them into practice
- Experience with tariff projects, system adjustments or optimisation of billing processes is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to various internal and external stakeholders
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
