Do you want to not only coordinate digital transformation but actively shape it? Do you think entrepreneurially, bring structure to complex projects and manage to turn ideas, requirements and technological developments into concrete, prioritised and effective projects? Our transformation programme SmartMove@CTA connects processes, data, systems, people and business model innovation – making CTA fit for the future step by step.
In this newly created key role reporting directly to the CEO, you take on central responsibility for the successful further development and implementation of SmartMove@CTA.
Your sphere of influence
- Overall responsibility for the planning, control and further development of the SmartMove@CTA programme including roadmap, prioritisation and reporting.
- Professional leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as external partners for the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Support of new projects from the initial idea through evaluation and prioritisation to successful implementation.
- Identifying relevant technology, market and digitalisation trends and translating them into concrete fields of action and future solutions for CTA.
- Sparring partner for departments in process analyses, target image development, digital solutions, data and system integration as well as organisational changes.
- Preparation of well-founded decision-making bases for the CEO and management as well as cross-departmental coordination of strategic projects.
Your backpack
- Higher education (FH/HF/Uni) in business administration, business informatics, organisational development or comparable.
- Several years of experience in programme, project or transformation management as well as in demanding digitalisation or change projects.
- Sound knowledge in project management as well as in the evaluation, prioritisation and control of cross-departmental projects.
- Understanding of digital business processes, data management, system integration and modern enterprise architectures.
- Experience in collaboration with management, departments, ICT and external partners; industry experience is an advantage.
- Structured, implementation-strong and communicative personality with pronounced moderation and networking skills.
