Your Responsibilities
- You share responsibility for the management and organisation of a medical ward specialising in hand, plastic surgery, and urology.
- In daily leadership, you jointly manage personnel and operational processes with the co-department heads and contribute to a stable and efficient ward operation.
- You promote and support the professional and personal development of your staff and design a structured induction for new team members.
- You create conditions that enable high-quality, patient-centred care and actively contribute to the further development of processes and structures.
- You live a constructive, interprofessional, and interdisciplinary collaboration in everyday work and actively promote it.
Your Profile
- You are a qualified nurse with at least two years of professional experience, ideally in an acute hospital.
- You have leadership training or are willing to undertake it.
- You convince with high social and self-competence, strong organisational skills, as well as structured and solution-oriented thinking and acting.
- As a committed personality, you take responsibility, actively shape change, and enjoy supporting your team in its development, strengthening staff, and jointly creating sustainable solutions for a demanding nursing routine.
