Your Qualifications
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in hotel sales, ideally in luxury hospitality
- Experience dealing with international guests and business partners
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Leadership skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Analytical abilities as well as experience in reporting and sales management
- High service orientation and quality awareness
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
Your Responsibilities
- Management and further development of the hotel's sales strategy
- Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with national and international business partners
- Planning and implementation of sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Preparation of reports, analyses, and forecasts for management
- Ensuring compliance with price, sales, and distribution guidelines
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the sales team
- Participation in strategic revenue and budget planning
