About the job
Introduction
The Adliswil school educates around 2,000 children in kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels. Over 500 employees in 7 schools and various specialized services are committed to this responsible task with great dedication.
At the Werd school, nearly 270 students are cared for and taught by over 60 staff members. In the 2025/26 school year, we will run 3 kindergartens, 9 two-year classes, and one reception class. We are a QUIMS school.
Due to the opening of a new kindergarten class, we are looking for a motivated person for the new 2026/2027 school year
Class Teacher for Kindergarten
for 20 weekly lessons or 72%, every morning
What we expect from you
You have a teaching diploma for the first cycle or kindergarten level and are interested in teaching at an innovative, mixed-age school. You enjoy dealing with heterogeneity and different cultures. Through your motivation, you succeed in optimally supporting and challenging the students in their learning. You bring a willingness for close and constructive collaboration within the school and care team and actively engage in a lively school culture. In addition, you are interested in pedagogical and didactic questions as well as their further development. You show openness to new media and use them purposefully in teaching. Furthermore, you enjoy your personal development.
