Your area of responsibility
- Planning and organizing administrative tasks - proactive, structured, and reliable
- Creating offers and accompanying the files until the order is completed, including ordering, invoicing, and archiving
- Conducting internal price clarifications
- Processing quality deviations
- Hub function: Coordination and ensuring an efficient flow of information
- Professional, friendly interaction with various stakeholders

What you bring

- KV degree (B profile), business school or office specialist diploma

- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
