CNC Setter 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You independently set up, operate and optimise modern CNC milling centres. In doing so, you manufacture demanding precision parts for the semiconductor, medical technology and aerospace industries. You programme and adapt CNC programmes with Mastercam and ensure timely and high-quality production. Your tasks also include:

• Creating initial samples and performing quality checks according to test plans

• Continuous monitoring and optimisation of manufacturing processes

• Maintenance and care of machines, tools and operating resources

• Carrying out minor repairs and troubleshooting

• Provision and management of the required cutting tools

• Documentation of production and quality data

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical basic education. In addition, you bring:

• Several years of professional experience as a CNC setter in milling

• Good knowledge of Heidenhain CNC control

• Experience in programming with Mastercam is an advantage

• Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style

• Team-oriented personality with a high level of commitment

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
