tasks

• you install, configure and maintain hardware and software
• in doing so, you implement on-premises as well as cloud solutions
• you also advise and support the diverse clientele
• you take on and process customer enquiries and plan projects which you implement independently
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 90 and 100%

requirements

• you have a higher IT education (HF, FH) or a completed training as an IT specialist, ideally with a focus on system technology
• several years of experience in the IT environment are expected
• you also have good knowledge in the cloud area as well as with Windows Server, networks, firewalls and security
• are you a structured, cooperative and customer-oriented IT professional who enjoys direct customer contact in German and English?
