Your Tasks Office
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as internal distribution
- Electronic filing and document management
- Support with ordering (e.g., staff catering at events)
- Deputizing for supervisors in office matters
- Participation in project-related or administrative special tasks
Your Tasks Switchboard / Reception
- Receiving, forwarding, and documenting incoming calls to the respective departments
- Initial consultation and providing information for customers and clients
- Managing the insured register (initial entry, data maintenance, updating)
- Reception and care of visitors
Your Strengths and Experience
- Commercial or equivalent training
- Good command of German
- Good language skills in French and Italian
- High customer and service orientation
- Responsible and independent working style
- Authentic, empathetic personality with team orientation
