Your Tasks
- Customer reception, appointment scheduling, prescription management, practice organisation
- Implementation of medical prescriptions into appointments for patients
- Efficient planning of therapists
- Cooperation with interfaces, e.g. billing, building services
- Absence management
- Supervision of swimming pool, fitness and sauna
Your Profile
- Experience with patient admission and care
- Interest in familiarising yourself with practice procedures
- Willingness to work Saturdays
- Suitability for swimming supervision
- Teamwork skills, communication skills as well as a high level of commitment and initiative
