Located at our Sonceboz-Sombeval site, we are looking for a Team Supervisor (M/F) for one of our Manufacturing Units specialized in the production of small precision technical plastic components, whose main mission will be to lead and supervise a production team.
· Ensure the quality of outgoing products
· Manage production activity
· Drive performance (Quality, Costs, Deadlines)
· Manage a team in a production workshop (HSE, Training, Qualification, Skills development)
Your interpersonal skills and ease in communication allow you to foster a collaborative spirit, team cohesion, and facilitate exchanges.
You demonstrate a good ability to delegate, empower, and support your teams.
You are available for a 2x8 shift schedule.
You have a higher technical education.
You have at least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position, ideally in the automotive sector.
You have proven experience in managing a production team (minimum 15 people).
