Two positions are available:
- On-call receptionist with days to be defined
- 50% receptionist on Monday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Your tasks:
- Ensure site opening and reception management.
- Welcome and guide visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage telephone calls in French and English, take messages and forward them in case of absence.
- Manage visitor and supplier badges as well as access.
- Receive, distribute, and stamp mail, manage the sending of parcels and registered mail.
- Organize reservations of vehicles, laptops, conference rooms, and parking spaces.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including: document archiving, organizing internal events, managing employee arrivals and departures, inventory tracking.
- Handle emails and ensure effective follow-up of requests.
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC, diploma in communication, hospitality, reception, law, or any other relevant training. Students are also welcome.
- Successful first experience in a similar position or in the service sector.
- French must be fluent in speaking and writing (minimum C1), and English must be very good in speaking and writing (minimum B2 required).
- Proficient in IT tools (MS Office).
- Service-oriented, team spirit, flexibility (variable hours), ability to manage multiple tasks with rigor and organization.
