Shift Mechanic 4-Shift
In this exciting role, you ensure smooth shift operation of our injection molding machines during ongoing production.
THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:
- Repairing equipment and their peripherals (resolving general and complex malfunctions, replacing and repairing defective parts)
- Setting up and adjusting as well as starting up equipment and their peripherals up to the first piece inspection
- Ensuring an optimal shift handover
- Documenting the work performed and creating necessary reports
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING:
- Completed basic mechanical training (e.g., production mechanic, polymechanic)
- Willingness to work in a 4-shift system (early – late – night)
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- Team-oriented and flexible personality
