Sales Consultant Flooring Products 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Professional telephone customer advice and active sales of products

• Receipt and processing of quotation requests and orders by phone, email or via the online shop

• Order processing from goods purchasing through calculation to deadline control

• Administrative support of the field service and handling of complaints

• Responsibility for a partial product range including inventory management and marketing

• Personal consultation of customers in the state-of-the-art showroom

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a floor layer, interior decorator or carpenter

• Professional experience in a comparable position with commercial tasks (sales administration / customer advice)

• Confident German language skills

• Good communication skills and strong customer orientation to quickly gain access to customers

• Resilience, good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
