What is my role?

You are the first point of contact when it comes to network issues and ensure that everything runs smoothly

• In client support, you receive requests, analyse them and provide customised solutions for the customers

• You take care of the installation, configuration and maintenance of network components such as switches, routers and firewalls

• You analyse and resolve network faults, find creative solutions for complex problems and support the users

• You assist in the planning and implementation of network projects and contribute innovative ideas

• You document network structures and create technical concepts

• You work closely with other IT teams and drive digital transformation forward

• You monitor network performance and continuously optimise the infrastructure

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training in the IT field or have a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of experience in ICT support and possess

• profound knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN)

• You have experience with common network manufacturers such as Cisco, HP or Juniper

• You have analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working

• You are communicative, a team player and enjoy helping others

• You speak fluent German and have good English skills

• You are willing to continuously further your education and discover new technologies
