Project Manager / Site Manager / Project Developer (m/f/d)

Tasks

• As construction and project manager, you take on project development in the residential construction sector, occasionally also in industrial construction
• The scope of duties covers the entire project management for the client, from supervision to billing
• Furthermore, you continuously implement plan changes and customer requests
• Finally, you are responsible for checking the final invoices

Requirements

• You have completed training as a structural draughtsperson / architectural draughtsperson or have a craft or construction-technical training (bricklayer, carpenter or similar), m/f
• Ideally, you have completed further training as a site manager, technician HF structural engineering or architect, but this is not a prerequisite
• It is important that you can enthuse yourself as a construction professional, foreman or site supervisor for a role in site management
