For one of our clients, a leading Swiss player in equipment for telecommunications cable installation and power transmission, we are looking for a:
Assembly Mechanic M/F in 2x8 shifts
>>> Your tasks:
- Assemble machines according to plans and procedures
- Carry out maintenance and repair work on equipment
- Check the conformity of the assembly according to technical documentation
- Assemble different types of machines with versatility
- Fill in and monitor documents related to production and quality
- Participate in prototype assembly
- Collaborate with various technical and operational departments
>> Profile sought:
- Federal VET Diploma as mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly or repair
- Good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics, basic knowledge of electricity/electronics is an asset
- Good plan reading skills, precise work, autonomous and team spirit
- Comfortable with ERP and common IT tools
