Your tasks:

• You advise young entrepreneurs on legal issues – especially also for the Geneva location
• You carry out company formations and commercial register changes (with a focus on the German-speaking and Western Switzerland)
• In addition, you prepare various contracts for your clients, especially also for French-speaking customers

Your profile:

• You have a Master’s degree in law
• You are used to precise and independent working methods and want to develop further as a consultant
• You have proficient MS Office skills and are interested in economic topics
• You are interested in AI and are technologically savvy
• You have very good German, French and English skills in spoken and written form

Workplace: Zurich or Winterthur city with home office possibility
