Tasks
- Courteous care and competent advice for guests
- Carrying out beverage and food service
- Active sales including additional sales and recommendation of current specials
- Providing information about the offer and advice on allergens
- Independently managing a station including cash handling
- Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in service or gastronomy
- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
- Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- Resilience and calmness even during high guest volumes
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good knowledge of German, additional languages advantageous
