Your tasks:
- Contribute to the proper functioning of technical installations as well as the maintenance of premises.
- Plan and supervise work carried out by external service providers.
- Process and manage client requests via the ticket system tool.
- Manage access controls, badges, and the security system.
- Participate in the 24/7 on-call service on a weekly rotation.
- Compile and check statistics on office occupancy.
- Participate in organising and monitoring quality controls.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and participate in their implementation and continuous improvement.
- Support and participate in internal relocations.
- Set up conference and meeting rooms.
- Support event organisation.
- Assist colleagues with occasional tasks outside your speciality.
- Completed apprenticeship with a craft or technical training, or as a concierge.
- Very good knowledge of French, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of IT tools such as MS Office.
- Willingness to acquire new IT skills.
- Flexible, able to work in a team, and strongly customer-oriented.
