Asset Management Real Estate (m/f/d)

Your Area of Responsibility

• Responsibility for the ongoing optimisation of a sub-portfolio with a focus on residential properties
• Development and implementation of property-specific strategies for sustainable value enhancement as well as optimisation of profitability and future viability of the properties
• Professional leadership and active management of external property management partners as the central interface between ownership and operational real estate management
• Negotiations and enforcement of owner interests vis-à-vis tenants, business partners, authorities and other stakeholders
• Planning, control and reporting of the assigned sub-portfolio regarding budget and forecast, renovation planning, etc.
• Conducting and validating profitability analyses, market value assessments and business cases as a basis for investment and strategic decisions
• Support of development, renovation and conversion projects in collaboration with the Construction & Development team
• Preparation of investment and decision-making documents for the management board, supervisory board and investment committee
• Implementation and further development of the sustainability strategy within the responsible sub-portfolio
• Professional support in acquisition and divestment processes
• Preparation, negotiation and conclusion of relevant commercial and special lease agreements
• Continuous monitoring of market and location developments as well as identification of value enhancement and optimisation potentials

Your Experience

• Solid business administration or real estate education with appropriate further training
• Several years of professional experience in real estate asset management, ideally in the financial, insurance or institutional investment environment
• Profound knowledge in the analysis and evaluation of real estate investments using DCF valuation as well as in the preparation of business cases
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss real estate sector, very good and practical knowledge of tenancy law
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Very good written and spoken German skills as well as good spoken and written English and/or French skills are an advantage
• Entrepreneurially minded, team-oriented, communicative personality with negotiation skills
