Job description
Job missions
Conduct psychotherapy sessions
- Carry out individual psychotherapy follow-ups at the Psychological Consultation
- Ensure the coordination of team meetings, intervisions and supervisions and actively participate in them
Develop, organise and lead therapeutic groups within the Psychological Consultation
- Organise and maintain the workshops of the Consultation (assertiveness, emotion management, sleep regulation, etc.)
- Lead workshops in co-therapy with a member of the Consultation team
- Evaluate workshops using satisfaction surveys and effectiveness scales
- Develop manuals describing the structure and content of workshops for future use
Collaborate on events aimed at presenting the Student Health Service and communicating about its services
- Organise, coordinate and participate in events within the University where the service must be represented such as Welcome Days, information sessions for mobile students, information days for college students, events organised by faculties and various University services.
- Organise, in collaboration with the University communication service, poster campaigns and communications about the workshops offered by the Consultation
Ensure, during periods outside academic semesters, the PsyLine and/or PsyChat telephone helpline
- Ensure, during periods when students usually on PsyLine duty are unavailable (exams, inter-semesters and university holidays), the handling of psychological support calls. Conduct, within the framework of regular clinical supervision, a first-line clinical assessment, provide immediate psychological support, refer callers to appropriate resources and ensure, when necessary, coordination activities, networking, callbacks and follow-up to guarantee continuity of care.
Required title and skills
Basic training and professional experience required
- Master's degree in psychology
- Continuing training in psychotherapy
- Clinical practice and psychotherapy follow-ups
