• You conduct professional sales talks and make event arrangements by phone, email, or on-site
• You accompany our customers on house tours and present the event possibilities
• You actively participate in the planning and organization of events from A to Z – from inquiry through contract negotiations and scheduling to invoice control
• You accompany events such as seminars, banquets, and weddings on-site and personally take care of our guests
• Together with the event team, you are a central contact person for our guests and contribute to a thoroughly successful and professional service.
• You ensure compliance with hotel-specific standards (LQA, SDH, FTG) as well as quality management according to ISO 9001

• You feel comfortable in the host role and convince with your natural demeanor
• You communicate fluently in German and English
• You appreciate the variety between presence at the front and administrative tasks
• You are a real sales talent and know how to inspire customers
• Ideally, you also bring know-how in event management
