In this challenging position, you will jointly manage employee leadership, optimal deployment planning, and ensure customer satisfaction together with the sector manager.

What you can achieve:

Professional and operational leadership of a team of 15-25 employees
Ensuring professional execution of customer orders
Responsibility for compliance with processes, guidelines, and quality standards
Promotion and development of your employees through targeted leadership and regular qualification discussions
Support in the training and further education of new and existing employees
Independent assumption of productive assignments in your sector
Representation of Securitas AG (Winterthur branch) towards internal and external contacts

What you bring:

Completed vocational training or equivalent education (leadership experience is an advantage)
Strong assertiveness, reliable and thoughtful personality
Precise, structured, and efficient working style
Good administrative skills and confident handling of common computer programs
Very good verbal and written German skills
Swiss citizenship or C permit
Impeccable reputation
Mobility (Category B driving license and own car)
Good physical condition
