What you achieve:
- Processing of complex and elaborate business cases
- Disputing invoices with tariff discrepancies
- Individual and collective claims against service providers
- Telephone and written clarifications with service providers and our insured persons regarding invoicing
- Supporting the service teams in processing outpatient doctor and hospital invoices
Why you succeed:
- You have a commercial basic education, which you have supplemented with basic medical knowledge, or a medical basic education with commercial further training
- You bring several years of professional experience in claims processing in the field of health or social insurance
- You have sound knowledge of social insurance tariffs, especially in the outpatient sector
- You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing – knowledge of foreign languages such as Italian and French is a plus
- You have a flair for numbers and are medically interested
