WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

• Together with the deputy branch manager, you will be responsible for your JYSK branch.
• You lead and coach your team to prepare the branch optimally for sales and customers, according to our JYSK Leadership values
• You analyse key figures, set goals and motivate your team accordingly
• You implement store concepts and routines
• You recruit, onboard new colleagues and further develop the existing team

• You have experience in leading and developing a team, ideally in retail or similar industries
• You are an inspiring and communicative personality who creates a positive working atmosphere
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment that is constantly changing

• You are ready to take responsibility for your branch and its results
• You have the ability to remain calm and focused even in stressful situations
• You are always striving to improve your results and recover quickly after a setback
• You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays
