Automation Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires a specialist for high-voltage systems in the field of heavy current technology. In this position, you will undertake the following tasks:

• Carrying out inspection, maintenance and repair work on high-voltage systems, transformers as well as on protection, control and communication systems

• Analysis of setting parameters, measurement results and event logs as well as execution of testing and isolation activities

• Systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting, including on-call duty

• Support with conversion and modernisation projects

• Coordination and guidance of external specialists

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Completed training as an automation technician EFZ, electrician EFZ or equivalent

• Experience in PLC, drive technology, electric motors, frequency converters and complex electrical systems

• Willingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies

• Conscientious and structured way of working

• Analytical thinking and systematic approach
