Büelriet - The home for elderly people and the training centre for young people.
In September 2022, we moved into our beautiful, new care and support centre. Would you like to complete your training in a modern care and support centre? Then you are exactly right with us.
With us, you will experience how exciting, varied and attractive working in long-term care is. You will learn independent care and support. You will be accompanied by well-qualified trainers and benefit from other trainees.
Your tasks - what to expect during the three-year training
- Shaping everyday life with clients
- Promoting and maintaining health and hygiene
- Caring and supporting – even in demanding situations
- Carrying out administrative and logistical tasks
- Performing medical-technical procedures according to the training level
- Undertaking domestic tasks
Your profile - what you bring with you
- Completed compulsory schooling (secondary level or very good lower secondary level)
- Very good oral and written German skills, quick comprehension
- Empathy, teamwork, physical health, careful working method, great sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
- Motivation, flexibility and eagerness to learn
- Patience and perseverance, willingness to work irregular hours
