In this versatile role as a Facility Manager in the field of building technology, you take responsibility and, together with your team of nine technical caretakers, ensure the smooth operation and professional maintenance of our properties. Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for qualitative and quantitative compliance with the agreed services
- Handling technical concerns of customers as the first point of contact
- Personnel and professional leadership and support of nine directly subordinate technical caretakers including personnel and deployment planning, time control, and conducting discussions
- Coordinating and checking inspection, maintenance, and repair work including process and quality controls
- Reviewing existing and new maintenance contracts and their implementation
- Leading and supporting projects in the technical area
- Commissioning, coordinating, and supervising internal and external suppliers as well as third-party companies
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the field of building technology (HVAC or electrical) with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) mandatory
- Completed further education (e.g., building technician HF) advantageous
- Several years of experience in the management of complex building technology systems and building management systems
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and affinity for using various internal programs
- Driving license category B
- Proactive, flexible, and customer-oriented working style
