About the job
Your tasks
- Social pedagogical care and support of young people in everyday group life
- Support on the way to an independent life, in the school sector, in the search for apprenticeships and in everyday life
- Key worker role for 1–3 young people including individual social pedagogical support
- Administrative and organizational tasks within the framework of the key worker role
- Planning and implementation of leisure activities
- Collaboration in internal team departments
Your profile
- Diploma in social or childhood pedagogy HF/FH or equivalent training and diploma recognized in Switzerland
- Ideally experience in residential child and youth welfare
- High resilience, ability to work in a team and enjoyment of active participation
- Strong relationship skills, ability to reflect, and professional handling of closeness and distance
- Willingness to work irregular hours (evening shifts, night and weekend on-call duty)
- Confident written expression, experience in reporting and good IT user skills
- Driver's license category B
