YOUR CHALLENGES
- Participation in incoming inspection in the cleanroom using conventional measuring instruments
- CMM operator for 3D coordinate measuring technology
- (Application and interpretation of measurement protocols)
- Sampling and documentation of components
- Measuring equipment management
- Measurement with 3D measuring arm
- Assistance in improving critical manufacturing processes
- Teamwork and exchange of experience in measurement and manufacturing technology
- Interpretation of form and position tolerances
- Recognition of measurement strategies and application of the correct measuring instrument
YOUR SKILLS
- Technical training (e.g. polymechanic, machining technician)
- Further training as a CMM metrology technician (e.g. AUKOM, CMTrain)
- Knowledge of form and position tolerances
- Knowledge of SPC, test and monitoring procedures
- Basic knowledge of the requirements of DIN EN / ISO 17025
- Language skills: fluent German, English an advantage
- Teamwork and collaboration with all areas of VAT
