Co-Team Leader Nursing or Deputy Team Leader / Registered Nurse, 50-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• There is the possibility for a co-leadership 50-60% or a deputy team leadership 80-100%
• Depending on your choice, you will take on the main responsibility or a partial responsibility as deputy
• You are responsible for the personnel, professional and cooperative leadership of your team and represent as well as support the nursing management
• In addition, you take over the personnel deployment planning and regularly participate in nursing reports, discussions and meetings
• You work on projects and partly also actively in nursing, ensuring nursing quality as well as compliance with nursing processes
• Collaboration with general practitioners, cooperation partners and specialist committees rounds off your demanding area of responsibility
• The workload can, depending on your preference, range between 50 and 100%

Requirements

• You have training as a registered nurse FH / HF / DNII or health specialist (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• Leadership training and/or leadership experience is desirable but not mandatory
• Do you consider yourself empathetic, collegial and well organised?
