Health Specialist EFZ (80-100%)

Can you imagine working in a small team without a direct supervisor? We have reorganised into semi-autonomous teams, meaning we follow the famous Buurtzorg model, but have adapted it to our needs. In an interdisciplinary team, with qualified nurses, domestic and care staff, and case management at your side, it is intended to be a new way of working that is contemporary and allows necessary flexibility, but also structure and continuity.

You have the following qualifications:

• completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
• ideally experience in Spitex
• strong professional and social skills
• independent and responsible working style
• valid driving licence category B

Your tasks: As a competent Health Specialist, you take responsibility for the care and support including preventive assistance of our clients at home. You independently carry out basic and treatment care according to the care plan. As a communicative personality, you also find it easy to actively collaborate and exchange information with the responsible case manager and the care team.
