You are a trained electrical installer EFZ and looking for a new challenge? Your main tasks:

• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining building technology systems and control systems
• Carrying out and documenting inspection rounds, fault analyses, and fault repairs 
• Coordinating and performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs as well as customer orders and optimizations
• Participating in conversions and modernizations
• Accompanying and instructing third-party companies
• Providing on-call service

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing building technology systems 
• Connection permit (NIV15) or willingness and prerequisites to obtain it promptly
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form and good PC skills
• Independent and reliable working style
• Teamwork skills and high customer orientation 
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract)
