Job Description

Deputy Front Office Manager

Continuous working hours without room hour

Workload 60% - 100% freely selectable

You represent the Front Office management during their absence

You take co-responsibility for the smooth running of the Front Office

You make reservations. In doing so, you also pursue the goal of the best possible occupancy for the spa, restaurant and hotel.

You are strongly involved in the back office and ensure a smooth process there.

You are interested in revenue management and want to further advance the ongoing digitalisation and management of the booking platforms.

Qualifications

• You are co-responsible for ensuring a high quality standard and want to gain initial experience in a leadership role without immediately bearing the main responsibility. You enjoy contact with people.
• Sales flair, friendliness, resilience and a high awareness of quality are among your strengths, as well as good foreign language skills in English and French.
• Your mother tongue is German.
• You have a commercial education and/or have attended a hotel management school and already have hotel reception experience.
