True to the vision "We drive innovation to improve people’s lives," the Hamilton companies have been delivering solutions for the healthcare industry since 1950. We are an innovative pioneer when it comes to ventilators, automated pipetting and storage of samples, as well as the development of process sensors.
The Business Unit Process Analytics develops, produces, and markets state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in biopharma, chemistry, and breweries. Our product portfolio includes sensors for critical process parameters such as pH value, oxygen, or sensors for measuring cell density, which are enormously important in biological processes and unique worldwide with their innovative technology.
What you can achieve:
In your role in project management, you are at the center of interdisciplinary teams from research & development, process development, and product management. Together with your team, you are responsible for the successful implementation of our innovation projects from the initial idea to market maturity.

- You are responsible for deadlines, resources, and budgets within your projects.
- You coordinate both your internal project team and the collaboration with external development partners.
- You ensure proactive and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- You regularly present the project progress and create clarity about goals, risks, and next steps.
- If necessary, you also contribute operationally to development, e.g., in the areas of measurement principles, electronics, mechanics, or firmware.
What you bring with you:
- You have a degree in natural sciences (e.g., physics, chemistry, biotechnology), mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
- You have a broad technical understanding, ideally with touchpoints to electronics development and connectivity topics.
- You have a strong affinity for software development or have initial experience with customer-specific software solutions.
- You are enthusiastic about technical challenges and approach them with a pragmatic, solution-oriented hands-on mentality.
- You communicate confidently in writing and speaking in German and English and feel comfortable in an international environment. Experience abroad is a plus.
- You can convey complex technical content understandably and adapt your communication flexibly to different target groups.
