We are looking for a Finance Clerk for the Stiftung Alterszentrum am Etzel (80-100%)
In this versatile and responsible position, you actively contribute to the financial organization and management of our retirement center. As a Finance Clerk, you support the finance team with daily accounting, the preparation of financial reports, and the implementation of budget plans. You work closely with other departments and contribute to the efficient organization and smooth operation of financial processes.
Your tasks:
- Support in the preparation and monitoring of budget and financial plans
- Assistance with monthly financial accounting, including posting invoices and payments
- Preparation of financial reports and their presentation to management
- Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements and internal control of financial processes
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines in the financial area
- Support in maintaining the accounting software (NEXUS) and related processes
- Communication with external partners, service providers, and authorities on financial matters
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or a similar qualification in finance/accounting
- Initial experience in accounting or finance, preferably in healthcare or residential administration
- Knowledge in using financial software, ideally experience with Nexus
- Independent and precise working style with a high degree of responsibility
- Teamwork skills, good communication skills, and a high level of reliability
- Good PC skills (especially MS Office) and good German language skills in spoken and written form
