Your Tasks
- You lead the focus area of geriatric psychiatry together with the chief physician professionally, personnel-wise and organisationally
- You navigate confidently within interprofessional leadership structures and promote a trusting collaboration between nursing, medical staff and other specialist areas
- You create framework conditions for modern, patient-oriented and evidence-based nursing
- You accompany and support your teams in the demanding clinical everyday life and promote a appreciative leadership culture
- You actively drive change and development processes forward, contribute your own ideas and impulses and shape these sustainably in close cooperation with the nursing management
- You take responsibility in nursing-related as well as interprofessional projects and actively shape the further development of adult psychiatry
- You promote the professional development of your employees and teams
Your Profile
- Diploma in Nursing HF/FH with SRK recognition as well as several years of experience in psychiatric nursing, ideally in geriatric psychiatry
- Leadership experience as well as completed management training
- Enjoyment of leadership, team development and interprofessional collaboration
- High social competence, networked thinking as well as a good understanding of processes and structures in healthcare
- Solution-oriented, resilient and reliable personality with organisational skills and a high quality awareness
