Your Tasks
- You are the right hand of the ward manager and take over their tasks in their absence
- You actively shape the daily ward routine and contribute your ideas to optimize processes
- You accompany and promote employees through professional coaching and targeted development
- You create inspiring learning moments for our trainees and interns
- You ensure professional and patient-oriented care for acute and rehabilitation patients
- You actively participate in quality management, working groups, and projects
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification
- First leadership experience or a pronounced joy in guiding, promoting, and developing employees
- Organizational skills, initiative, and a high sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and a respectful approach to patients and the team
