Educational Material Consultant (100%) in Field Service Region Eastern Switzerland, Zurich & Principality of Liechtenstein
Your tasks
- Advise and inspire: As an educational material consultant, you are the link between our publishing house and the educational institutions in your region. With expertise, empathy, and enthusiasm, you support school administrations, teachers, educational material committees, and other cantonal decision-makers in the education sector in selecting and introducing suitable educational materials.
- Present and position: To further expand market shares and market presence, you plan and implement sales activities in your area such as presentations, textbook introductions, and customer events – in close cooperation with marketing and educational material development.
- Analyze and act: You monitor and analyze market figures, identify potentials, and derive sales measures in your area.
- Provide feedback and contribute: Through regular customer visits, you gain deep insights into local needs and developments. You bring your findings and valuable impulses for the further development of our educational materials back to the publishing house.
Your qualifications
- Pedagogical training and several years of teaching experience in Switzerland
- Ideally experience in sales or advisory-intensive roles
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a winning demeanor
- Enjoy working with people and a strong sense of customer needs
- Talent for building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
- Digital skills and interest in innovative learning methods
- Independent working style, high self-motivation, and willingness to travel
- Residence in the supported region
