Your tasks
- Maintaining constant customer contact and acting as a contact person for technical questions
- Ensuring the operational daily business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management at four locations
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing work inside and outside the building
- Awarding, supervising, and monitoring orders to internal as well as external service providers and suppliers
- Controlling and complying with cost targets, deadlines, and quality standards
- On-call duty readiness (first intervention)
- Monitoring the maintenance and care of assigned machines, equipment, and maintenance materials
- Direct contact with customers, subtenants, and other contact persons on site
- First contact person for all concerns regarding technical building management
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a craft with experience in janitorial work or qualification as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ and/or as a janitor with a federal certificate of competence
- Assertiveness, high social competence, and pronounced communication skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good user knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Driver's license category B.
- An impeccable reputation is a prerequisite
