- Maintenance of IT infrastructures and workstations
- Installation of operating systems, application programmes and networks
- Participation in projects such as migrations, rollouts and introduction of new products
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (server and client)
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, router, switch)
- Service-oriented personality with a reliable working style
- Driving licence category B is a plus
- Perfect German skills and good English skills
Tasks
- 1st and 2nd level support for the Windows product range- Maintenance of IT infrastructures and workstations

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent further education- Relevant experience in a similar role
