Your responsibilities
Development and implementation of systems with international clients
Analysis and evaluation of existing production processes
Identification of bottlenecks and weak points in production
Development of process optimisation solutions
Collaboration with relevant departments to deploy quality improvement measures
Working closely with production and engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement
Your profile
Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
Strong skills in mechanical design (SolidWorks, Inventor, Edge, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of production planning, process optimisation, design and quality management
Analytical mind and ability to solve complex problems
Comfortable working in a team and good communication skills
Experience in training or facilitating workshops for knowledge transfer
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; German is an advantage
