About the job
What is my role?
Work and schedule planning: You prioritise the workshop orders and allocate them efficiently to the workshop team. In doing so, you take into account the individual strengths, weaknesses and development areas of the employees
Interface function: You act as a link between the workshop and the service reception. You organise test drives, additional work and any necessary rework
Quality assurance in day-to-day business: You carry out workshop orders yourself and at the same time ensure a high quality of work throughout the team. In addition, you carry out final inspections and provide employees with constructive feedback
Processes & quality assurance: You report to the Head of Aftersales and are his first point of contact for questions about internal processes, investments as well as employee development and further training
Technical contact person: You support the workshop team with technical questions, advise on finding solutions and, if necessary, carry out diagnoses yourself
What do I need to be successful?
Education and training: You have completed technical training in the automotive industry (preferably automotive diagnostician, at least automotive mechatronics technician EFZ)
Professional experience: You have several years of experience in workshop operations and now want to take the next step in your professional development and take on more responsibility
Brand know-how: In your professional activity, you have preferably worked with vehicles from the VW Group (VW, Audi, Skoda, Cupra, Seat)
Communication skills & sensitivity to people: As an important hub in the company, you communicate clearly, openly and solution-oriented. You have a winning, responsible personality and can adapt well to different people
