You know exactly what physiotherapy is really about — not counting repetitions or handing in exercise sheets. It’s about Mr M. being able to manage the stairs to the cellar on his own again. About Mrs W. going shopping without fear of the next fall. About someone who no longer thought it possible, managing it — because you know where to start. That’s exactly why we exist.

• 08:00 You start in Aarau with your company car. First assignment in Suhr — client after hip replacement, gait training and load building. You already know her, know what’s planned for this week.
• 08:15 Gait training in the stairwell. No parallel bars, no treadmill — the real six steps to the front door. You secure, correct, increase. And instruct the husband on how to accompany between your visits.
• 09:45 Short drive to Buchs, less than ten minutes. You call the occupational therapist — shared client, coordination on assistive devices. Rollator or walking sticks? Decision made together, today.
• 10:15 Second assignment. Neurorehabilitation after stroke. Transfer, balance, tone regulation in the client’s own living room. You immediately see what is possible next. You write the report to the referring doctor later via app.
• 12:30 Lunch break — you choose where. No canteen table, no briefing in the meeting room.
• 13:30 to 16:30 Three more assignments in Lenzburg and Rupperswil — all less than 15 minutes apart. Respiratory therapy after pneumonia, fall prevention, strengthening after long bed rest. You finish at 17:00.

• Mobile physiotherapy at clients’ homes — apartment, stairwell, garden, neighbourhood street
• Neurorehabilitation after stroke, trauma and neurodegenerative diseases
• Geriatric rehabilitation, fall prevention and gait training in the real living environment
• Musculoskeletal therapy after operations — hip, knee, shoulder, spine
• Instructing relatives — as co-therapists in everyday life between your visits
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with occupational therapy, speech therapy and nursing for the same client
• Reports for disability insurance, health insurers and referring doctors — digital, on the go

• Diploma as a physiotherapist (FH or equivalent) — recognised in Switzerland, registration in NAREG is an advantage.
• Driving licence category B — you drive daily between assignments. Company car including private use provided from day 1.
• Experience with adults — neurology, geriatrics, orthopaedics. Focus on paediatrics is a different professional field.
• Independent working — you decide on site, without supervisors in the room. The team is reachable by phone, but not present.
• You don’t need your own therapy room — your workplace is the client’s home. That’s method, not compromise.
