Project Manager Heating and/or Sanitary 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking to strengthen their team at the Lucerne location immediately or by arrangement with a Senior Project Manager Heating and/or Sanitary.

Your tasks:

• Quality, timely and cost-appropriate handling of customer orders

• Independent management of projects in new construction as well as refurbishment for commercial, industrial and residential buildings

• Acquisition of new orders and maintenance of relationships with customers, architects and suppliers

• Personnel coordination within the projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Professional basic training as a building services planner specialising in sanitary or heating

• Additional training to Bachelor in Building Services/Energy or Federal Diploma as Sanitary or Heating Master is an advantage

• Proven experience in the service/maintenance of heating/sanitary systems

• High service and customer orientation

• Fluent expression in German

• Resilient and structured way of working

• Enthusiasm for the possibilities of digitalisation
