Your tasks
- Advice and support for those seeking help within the framework of legal requirements and the orientation of economic assistance according to SKOS guidelines
- Preparation and professional implementation of resolution proposals for the social authority
- Interprofessional collaboration with specialists, institutions, and authorities to ensure holistic and effective casework
- Documentation of casework for quality assurance and transparency
Your profile
- University of applied sciences degree in social work or an equivalent qualification
- Confident expression and good German skills in spoken and written form
- Service-oriented, networked, and solution-focused working style
- Solid knowledge in administration and IT applications (KLIBnet advantageous)
- Resilient, balanced personality with high social competence
- Team-oriented, independent, responsible, and interested in the diversity of social issues
- Strong assertiveness and ability to set boundaries
