- Recording, analyzing, and implementing customer requests using the innosolv software solution
- Parameterization and implementation of the software solution
- Support around the specialist applications for fee invoicing, residents, voting register, subject and object management
- Service line support
- Administrative studies, commercial training
- Professional experience in the area of municipal administration and/or experience in operating and parameterizing software solutions
- User knowledge of innosolv (fee invoicing, resident control, and voting register) is an advantage
- Strong IT affinity with interest in business software solutions
- Team-oriented, customer-focused personality
- Driver's license and own vehicle are an advantage
- Confident communication in German
