Setter Shift Work Division Automotive & Industrial 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a setter for shift work in the Automotive & Industrial division. As a setter, you are responsible for setting up, converting, and optimising production equipment. You monitor the production process, resolve malfunctions, and ensure the quality of the produced parts. Additionally, you work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or equivalent)

• Experience in setting up and operating production machines, ideally in the spring technology sector

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Quality awareness and sense of responsibility

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Teamwork skills and independent working style

• Basic knowledge of MS Office
